First up, Boquerones fish ala Romana – crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside – and then you’ll be ready for the tender slow-cooked Spanish Pork Ribs marinated in traditional sauce, served with a medley of mushrooms, potatoes and carrots, and a drizzle of piquillo pepper sauce. Our special treat just for you!
