Our special dish for the weekend is the Fricando, a traditional Catalonian beef stew with meat so tender, it melts in your mouth immediately; served with mushrooms and toast.

We’ve got TWO special dishes to celebrate the end of July! First up, Boquerones fish ala Romana – crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside – and then you’ll be ready for the tender slow-cooked Spanish Pork Ribs marinated in traditional sauce, served with a medley of mushrooms, potatoes and carrots, and a drizzle of piquillo pepper sauce.
